As a Technical Administrator , you'll support the Technical Team in ensuring the delivery of safe, legal, and high-quality food products.
Through effective administration, accurate record-keeping, and compliance support, you'll play a key role in maintaining food safety and quality standards across the business.
Location: Wednesbury, From time to time there may be a requirement to support the business on travel between sites.

Manage and redirect technical enquiries to the appropriate team members, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist with supplier approval activities and associated technical documentation.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Technical Team across a range of activities.
Maintain and continuously improve internal technical systems, processes, and records.
Produce Certificates of Analysis (Co A) and Certificates of Conformity (Co C) to accompany product deliveries.
Support process control activities, including the maintenance and archiving of production records.
Ensure technical documentation is accurate, up to date, and readily accessible when required.
