KTC (Edibles) is seeking a high-performing Senior Commercial Manager to join our growing Commercial Team. This is a key strategic role focused on managing major accounts and driving growth across the UK, with a strong emphasis on Foodservice, Manufacturing and Wholesale channels. You’ll play a central role in developing Cardowan Creameries and strengthening KTC’s position across key customer groups.

Location: UK based - travel throughout UK

Salary: Competitive + Bonus and Company Car

Benefits: Company pension, Company EAP program, 25 day’s holidays plus bank holidays, Monthly pay, PPE provided

Hours: Full time 40 hours per week

The Role:

  • Lead and develop major Foodservice, Manufacturing and Wholesale accounts
  • Build strong partnerships through regular face-to-face engagement
  • Drive growth of Cardowan Creameries across the UK
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Support KTC’s wider commercial agenda, particularly within Ireland
  • Represent the business at key customer meetings and industry events

About You:

  • Proven B2B commercial experience within Foodservice & Manufacturing, with strong knowledge of the Irish customer base
  • Demonstrated success winning and growing business with Bakery Manufacturers, large route-to-market Foodservice customers and Wholesalers
  • A strategic commercial mindset, with the ability to drive profitable growth and build long-term partnerships
  • Ideally experienced in commodity-led channels within Foodservice / OOH markets
  • Oils & Fats commodity experience is highly desirable
  • Relationship-driven, commercially astute and results-focused
