The KTC Group is seeking a hands-on Late Shift Production Leader in Liverpool to own production performance, safety and quality. You will motivate your team to meet KPIs, implement improvements and work closely with the Production Manager.
The role requires flexibility across hours (6am–midnight), 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support. You will monitor oil usage, plan workflow and ensure budget alignment while driving waste reduction and cost control.
