Location: Wednesbury

Salary: Competitive

Benefits: Company pension, Company EAP program, 25 day’s holidays plus bank holidays, Monthly pay, PPE provided

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

This role has been designed to give you real exposure across Sales Administration, Export and Customer Engagement, while helping to shape and deliver a structured Telesales Customer Call Plan. You’ll be supported and encouraged to grow your confidence and commercial skillset from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Sales Admin and Export teams with day-to-day activities
  • Helping to build and deliver a telesales customer call plan
  • Communicating with customers to build strong, positive relationships
  • Gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of the commercial function
  • Learning how a successful FMCG business operates behind the scenes

About You:

  • A Business graduate looking to kickstart a career in FMCG (commercial focus)
  • A natural communicator who enjoys building connections
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills in Hindi and/or Punjabi
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Organised, detail-focused and excited by a fast-moving environment
