The Role:
In this role, you’ll lead and develop strategic customer relationships—delivering sales growth, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring our product portfolio continues to delight and perform. You’ll negotiate pricing and terms, manage joint business plans, and ensure all activity aligns with our wider commercial strategy. Representing KTC with professionalism and warmth, you’ll be a trusted partner to customers and a key voice within the organisation.
About you:
- Proven experience in National or Key Account Management within FMCG, food, retail, wholesale or foodservice
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance, drive growth and unlock new opportunities
- Excellent relationship‑building skills, with a collaborative and confident communication style.
- Experience negotiating pricing, terms and promotional activity
- A hands‑on, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership
- Willingness to travel regularly to customers, partners and other KTC sites
