KT Healthcare is a family‑owned private therapy company specialising in high‑quality Autism Diagnostic Services. This role is on site at our Chichester office each day; applicants must live within a commutable distance.
The Role
This is a varied, multi‑skilled operational role at the heart of our Autism Service. As a Patient Services Coordinator you will support all core operational functions – from managing referrals and handling enquiries, to coordinating appointments, processing reports, and supporting GP relations. You will rotate across different workstreams within the team, helping to ensure a resilient, flexible service and a consistently excellent patient experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Service Coordination & Scheduling
- Managing clinician diaries to ensure optimal clinic capacity
- Coordinating patient pathways from referral through to assessment and reporting
- Resolving scheduling conflicts and delays proactively
- Processing referrals, risk screenings and appointment bookings efficiently
- Patient Support & Communication
- Acting as a non‑clinical first point of contact for patients, families and referrers
- Handling enquiries with sensitivity, professionalism and empathy
- Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date patient records
- Supporting the collection and escalation of patient feedback
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Providing day‑to‑day administrative support across the Autism Service
- Supporting clinicians with scheduling, documentation and logistics
- Working collaboratively within a respectful, supportive team environment
- Clinical Governance & Compliance
- Ensuring records meet CQC, Safeguarding, GDPR and internal governance standards
- Supporting audits, quality assurance and compliance tasks
- Reporting incidents accurately and promptly in line with policy
- Systems, Data & Continuous Improvement
- Using systems such as Semble for patient management and scheduling
- Maintaining accurate databases and operational records
- Collating and processing data for performance reporting (waiting times, pathway metrics, outcomes)
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and patient experience

- Previous experience in healthcare, clinical administration, patient coordination or a similar operational role would be highly beneficial

Working Hours
Full‑time, permanent role based in the Chichester office. 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
