KT Healthcare is a values-based mental health and therapy company providing mental health assessments and treatment to adults and children. The company is experiencing a surge in growth and is recruiting a Head of People to assume control of all aspects of people relating to the business, from recruitment, onboarding to employee management.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of People at KT Healthcare based in our Chichester office. The role involves overseeing Human Resources (HR) functions, managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and handling employee relations. The Head of People will play a key role in supporting the organisation\’s mission and values through effective people management.

Key requirements:

• Overseeing the recruitment of Autism Assessors and internal hires.
• Conducting pension reviews and liasing with providers.
• Leading the onboarding of HR software packages.
• Conducting screening calls and interviews of senior hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) management
• Deep knowledge of employment law
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies
• Strong skills in employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the mental health or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor\’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
