KT & Coe are delighted to be supporting our client in recruiting an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for the effective management of workshop and warehouse operations, including goods inwards and outwards. The role ensures productivity targets for shipments are met while maintaining high standards of efficiency, safety, and quality across all operational activities.
Key Skills and Competencies

- Strong knowledge of warehouse practices, procedures, and workflows
- Experience with stock control and inventory management systems

Key Responsibilities
- Train, supervise, and motivate the warehouse and workshop team to address daily operational challenges and achieve both short- and long-term performance targets
- Work closely with senior management to support ISO 9001 implementation, compliance, and certification
- Oversee daily workshop and warehouse operations, including inventory control, logistics, and periodic stock checks
- Coordinate and monitor the receipt, assembly, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Plan and manage future capacity and resource requirements
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and security standards, including the safe storage of hazardous materials
- Oversee planned maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment

- Ideal: 10+ years’ experience in a similar role
