KT&Coe Recruit are delighted to be supporting the search for an organised and people-focused HR Advisor to join a growing and highly respected manufacturing business based in Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about supporting people and creating a positive workplace culture. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll play a key role across HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, compliance, and office support helping to ensure the business remains a supportive, compliant, and engaging place to work.
This is a broad and hands-on role with responsibilities including:
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries across the business
- Supporting employee relations matters including absence, performance, and disciplinary processes
- Managing recruitment coordination, onboarding, and inductions
- Maintaining HR records, policies, and compliance documentation
- Supporting employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
- Assisting with payroll preparation and pension administration
- Coordinating training records and development activities
- Supporting health & safety administration and compliance processes
- Assisting with office and facilities administration
We’re looking for someone who is approachable, proactive, highly organised, and confident communicating with people at all levels. To be successful in the role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience within HR or office administration
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A positive and solutions-focused approach
- Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
- CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards one (desirable)
