The Role
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll provide operational, administrative, and project support across multiple areas of the business. You’ll be responsible for managing data, producing reports, supporting business improvement initiatives, and handling escalated customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be highly organised, comfortable working with large volumes of information, and confident adapting to changing priorities.
