KT & Coe Recruit are recruiting for a unique and varied role that blends business development support, research, and creative presentation work. This role will involve researching businesses and opportunities, creating bespoke PowerPoint presentations, and coordinating materials and support for the Business Development Managers. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident producing professional, visually strong presentations. You’ll be working closely with the Business Development team, helping to ensure opportunities are well-researched, well-presented, and effectively coordinated. This is a varied role offering exposure to business development, client research, and creative content creation within a fast-paced and growing environment.
Role profile: This role supports the department in managing a portfolio, with the objective of identifying, analysing, and securing new opportunities, while retaining and developing existing support to the commercial objectives of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare decision papers, letters of intent, cover letters, business cases, and presentations for investors
- Monitor the full sales and contract lifecycle, including deadlines and expiry dates
- Draft and manage contracts and extensions in line with forecasting information, tax, and legal requirements
- Develop and maintain contract standards
- Monitor contract end dates and manage renewals, including offers
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships, ensuring effective communication between the organisation, clients, and third parties
- Support operational activities for the implementation of newly connected parks
- Manage the onboarding of new locations, working closely with Marketing and Onboarding teams to collate required information
- Support portfolio growth by assisting Development Managers with lead generation
- Identify potential new partners and maintain pipeline and database information
Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience working in a commercial environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create presentations from scratch
- Good working knowledge of Excel
