This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional to join a friendly and supportive team in a varied role, combining office-based administration with site visits and tenant liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the residential lettings process, including tenant referencing, tenancy agreements and deposits.
- Arrange check-ins, check-outs and pre-tenancy preparations.
- Manage tenant enquiries and build positive relationships.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and internal teams.
- Carry out property inspections and support rent review programmes.
- Maintain accurate records and update the property database.
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and health & safety requirements.
- Liaise with utility providers and other external stakeholders.
