We are a growing IT services company providing managed IT support to small and medium-sized businesses across London. Our team supports a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networking equipment, and business applications.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated IT Support Engineer who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting users, and occasionally visiting client sites when required. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in an MSP or multi-client environment and is comfortable handling both remote support and on-site technical work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and on-site IT support to business clients
  • Troubleshoot Windows desktop and laptop issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 environments (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Install and configure workstations, printers, and network devices
  • Assist with new user setups and device deployments
  • Troubleshoot basic networking issues (Wi-Fi, switches, routers)
  • Support business applications and line-of-business software
  • Maintain clear ticket documentation and updates
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required
  • Assist with client site visits for installations and support tasks

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in IT support (MSP experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 / Windows 11
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with Active Directory and user administration
  • Ability to troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Experience with RDS or Citrix environments
  • Experience with Intune / device management
  • Knowledge of backup solutions
  • Exposure to network firewalls or VPN troubleshooting

Other Requirements

  • Must be able to travel to client sites in London when required
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a car is preferred
  • Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
