Provide 24/7 operational support from the control room to oversee vessel movements and operations.

Monitor real-time vessel positions, routes, and schedules using relevant monitoring systems.

Maximise resources by ensuring tugboats are promptly deployed according to schedules and job requirements, closely coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to meet operational needs.

Maintain clear and effective communication channels for smooth tugboat operations, promptly addressing any issues or concerns as necessary.

Identify and resolve operational issues related to tugboat deployment by collaborating with teams to implement effective solutions.

Maintain accurate records of tugboat schedules, operational activities, and other relevant documentation.

Respond promptly to emergency situations by adjusting plans and deployment while rendering necessary assistance.

Carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in the marine industry.
  • Familiarity with local port waters is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
