KSOL is entering an important growth phase, and we are looking for a Marketing and Growth Manager who can help turn strong products into stronger market visibility, better campaigns and measurable growth. We are a technology-led education company with a strong reputation in exam preparation, online learning and personalised education. Our model is built around real teaching, purposeful technology and clear progress for every child. Technology is not an add-on at KSOL; it sits at the centre of how we teach, track progress, support parents and personalise learning.

We now need a commercially minded marketer who can sharpen how KSOL presents itself to parents, strengthen the parent journey, increase enquiries and help grow KSOL across key markets. This is a practical marketing leadership role for someone who can set direction, guide execution, and lead marketing with structure, pace, and a commercial focus.

A central role at KSOL, working directly with the Managing Director and leading the marketing process across the business. The focus is simple: make KSOL more visible, make our message clearer, and turn more parent interest into enquiries, trials and paid sign-ups. The role brings together campaign planning, team coordination, website journeys, email marketing, content, reporting, and performance, working with the existing team to ensure execution is focused and commercially useful. It is about making sure marketing is not just busy but joined up, well-executed, and clearly linked to results.

KSOL is launching a new platform and new course areas, so this is an important time to join. The right person will help shape how KSOL grows, how parents understand our value, and how marketing supports the next stage of the business.

What the role involves:

  • A chance to lead how KSOL attracts, engages and converts parent interest.
  • Leading campaigns that bring together clear messaging, email marketing, landing pages, content, paid activity and customer follow-up.
  • The focus is the full parent journey: helping more parents find KSOL, understand our value, start a trial and become paid customers.
  • Data and technology are central to the role. CRM insights, analytics, AI tools, and marketing systems will help show what is working, what is not, and what needs improvement.
  • The right person will be expected to set clear priorities, brief work properly, review performance, and ensure marketing activity is linked to enquiries, trials, and paid sign-ups.
  • The role also involves working with internal stakeholders across KSOL, including education, customer services, design and development, so marketing is properly joined up across the business.
  • Externally, the role involves raising awareness of KSOL among schools, academies, academy trusts, education organisations and relevant partners. The right person should be confident building relationships, networking and opening up conversations that help KSOL become better recognised as a serious, teacher-led education provider in the UK education sector.

The aim is simple: sharper marketing, stronger campaigns and clearer results.

What we are looking for:

  • Someone with strong marketing experience and a proven track record of owning campaigns, coordinating teams, reviewing performance and delivering results.
  • Strong B2C marketing experience is essential. Experience in EdTech, online learning or the UK education sector would be a major advantage.
  • The right person should be tech savvy, commercially aware and confident working with websites, email platforms, analytics, CRM data, automation tools and AI-supported marketing processes.
  • They do not need to do every task personally, but they must be close enough to the detail to guide the work, challenge weak execution and improve results.
  • Most importantly, they need to understand how parents make decisions about education. Parents need trust, clarity, proof and confidence before they act. The right person will know how to build that into strong campaigns.

Why KSOL?

A chance to join an established EdTech business at an important stage of growth. KSOL already has strong products, experienced teachers, loyal parents and a clear education model. The opportunity is to build on the current foundation and improve performance across the main marketing measures that matter: visibility, enquiries, conversion and paid customer growth.

There is freedom to improve how KSOL attracts parents, explains its value, converts interest and grows in key markets, including the West Midlands and London. This is a role for someone who wants responsibility, influence and clear commercial impact.

Apply:

Please apply with your CV and a short covering note explaining your B2C marketing experience, any work you have done in education or EdTech, and one campaign or marketing project you have helped improve. Important: This is a 100% office-based role in Solihull. You must be able to work from the office and be part of the team in person.
