Responsibilities:
- Carry out client consultations and recommend suitable hair extension methods.
- Install, maintain and remove a range of hair extension systems, including: K‑Tips, Tape‑Ins, Micro Links/Rings, Wefts/Micro Wefts, Sew‑Ins.
- Cut, blend and style extensions to create seamless results.
- Carry out hair cutting, styling and colouring services where required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism and client care.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
- Create before and after content for social media where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Qualified Hairdresser (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
- Proven experience fitting multiple hair extension methods.
- Confident in cutting, colouring and styling hair.
- Strong consultation and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- A portfolio of previous work is essential.
