The Role
As a Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of event structures, modular buildings, and exhibition stands. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities of the Technician:
- Assemble and install exhibition stands, modular systems, and event structures
- Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment
- Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Support event setup and dismantling, including troubleshooting on-site issues
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to deliver projects on time
- Assist with quality control and inventory management
About You
The ideal Technician will have:
- Experience with exhibition electrics (e.g. event electrics, LED lightboxes, light walls, generators, general lighting)
- Experience in event AV installation (desirable)
- Strong practical skills using hand and workshop tools
- A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to varying project demands
