This family-run South Warwickshire based Care Home is looking for Carers to help deliver high standards of personalised care to residents across Warwickshire and Worcestershire. You will be part of a team that offers an open and welcoming environment where your ideas and contributions are genuinely appreciated. No visits overlap, allowing adequate travel time, so you never feel rushed between appointments, and each visit is at least an hour long.

As a successful Carer, you will be part of a supportive team who genuinely cares about one another and the work carried out. With set shifts and carefully planned schedules, you will be able to maintain a healthy work-life balance whilst delivering exceptional care. Full training and career progression, as well as paid mileage, monthly recognition awards, Carers UK Card for discounts and support, and fully funded NVQs are provided.

Responsibilities of the Carer include:

  • Delivering high-quality care, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication support, and companionship.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting client independence.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment for clients.

Skills required of the Carer:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • A caring, compassionate nature and a desire to support others.
  • Availability to maintain training and compliance standards.
