The Company
KSEYE Group is a bridging finance company that lends against property. Following the company’s continued success and exciting growth, it is now keen to welcome an experienced Case Manager into its growing Underwriting team. If you enjoy working as part of a team, in a deadline driven environment and have strong organisational, communication and relationship management skills, please apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist in management of files, conducting credit, AML and other searches.
- Complete accurate notes and record keeping on each application.
- Provide regular updates to all interested parties on the application.
- Flag concerns and credit risks on information that has been collated.
- Manage a pipeline of cases pro-actively to aid swift completion of loan applications.
- Work closely with the underwriting team to facilitate their lending decisions.
- Accurately assess information and documents relating to the loan application.
- Liaise regularly with brokers, clients, valuers and solicitors.
- Identify loan applications managed by brokers/clients which require more assistance.
- Manage the handover of the loan once complete to the servicing team.
- Creating and maintaining loan filing systems.
- Identify areas for improvement in the application process.
- Complete other general administrative tasks.
Education & Experience
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Be able to manage a volume of tasks with differing deadlines and prioritise accordingly.
- Be able to communicate information clearly to multiple parties bearing in mind your changing audience.
- Be a confident IT user, including strong ability with various computer packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in financial services, property finance, bridging or specialist lending industry is preferable.
