About Us
KSD Support Services is part of the KSD Group, delivering facilities management services to major clients including Tesco and Stonegate Group across the UK.
The Role
We're looking for a qualified Electrician to join our team, carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple commercial sites in the Somerset area.
Day-to-day You’ll Be
- Performing PPM on electrical systems
- Responding to reactive callouts and fault-finding
- Installing and maintaining lighting, wiring, and electrical systems
- Conducting EICR testing and remedial work
- Working on fire alarms, door entry systems, emergency lighting, and more
- Building great relationships with clients
Hours: 45 hours per week (flexible shifts may include early starts/late finishes).
On-call: 1 in 6 weeks rota (additional pay).
What You’ll Need
Essential
- Full UK Driving License
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition BS 7671
- ECS Card
- Great communication skills and can-do attitude
- Comfortable using basic IT (email, mobile apps)
Desirable
- 2391-52 Testing & Inspection
- Facilities management experience
- First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, IPAF, PASMA
