Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Installing and commissioning HVAC components (pipework, ductwork, control panels)
- Executing planned preventative maintenance programmes
- Carrying out reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and emergency repairs
- Conducting quality checks and performance testing
- Providing technical guidance to clients
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Hours: 45 hours per week. On-call: 1 in 6 weeks rota.
Qualifications:
- F‑Gas Certification (Category I minimum)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Level 3 preferred)
- CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving License
- Proven HVAC maintenance and repair experience
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- IT proficient (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Desirable Requirements:
- Facilities management experience
- First Aid at Work
- Asbestos Awareness, IPAF, PASMA
- UKPIA/SPA Safety Passport
