We are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager to join a well-established hotel in Worksop. This impressive property features stunning original architecture, a grand Great Hall, and is set within acres of beautiful parkland. The hotel offers both a high-volume buffet restaurant and a more refined à la carte dining experience, delivering exceptional service across breakfast and dinner.

The Role
As Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of multiple dining outlets, including a buffet-style restaurant and an à la carte restaurant. Working closely with the Head of Hospitality and other senior team members, you will lead a team of approximately 50-60 staff, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained across both front and back of house. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will inspire, motivate, and develop your team while ensuring operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance.
