KSB Recruitment are looking for a Chef de Partie to provide temporary kitchen cover this Saturday at a busy garden centre café restaurant. This is a well-organised daytime kitchen serving a popular carvery-style offering alongside café favourites. You will be working as part of a small team of three chefs, supporting service and ensuring food is delivered consistently during busy periods. The menu is a mix of fresh cooking and quality frozen products (approximately 50/50) with a focus on speed, consistency and teamwork. The restaurant has 96 covers and sees strong weekend trade.
Responsibilities

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef
