Are you a passionate and experienced Head Chef looking to lead a kitchen in a charming countryside setting? This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins at a well-loved country pub in the heart of Herefordshire, where youll have real input into menu development and the chance to shape the food offering. About the Venue This traditional country pub is located in the picturesque village of Weobley, surrounded by beautiful countryside and steeped in history.
Situated in the centre of the village, the pub enjoys views down the high street and serves as a hub for locals and visitors alike. With a welcoming bar and restaurant, the venue focuses on quality, seasonal food in a relaxed and authentic setting. What We Offer
Competitive Salary: £32,000

Leading, motivating and developing a brigade Overseeing preparation, service and kitchen organisation Driving consistency and quality across all food offerings Assisting with menu development and seasonal dish creation Managing stock, ordering and kitchen operations efficiently Ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness Requirements
