About the Role:
KSB Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to support a busy catering site in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. This is a great opportunity for a confident chef who can work independently and run a kitchen service during busy periods across the summer months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and manage the kitchen during service
- Prepare and cook fresh meals to a high standard
- Ensure smooth breakfast and lunch service operations
- Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
- Work independently while communicating effectively with the team
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Confident working independently in a kitchen environment
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (preferred)
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Own transport essential due to location
