Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day running of all F&B operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of a high-quality guest experience across all outlets.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or an experienced Supervisor is essential.
  • Proven longevity and loyalty within previous roles.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work a 45-hour week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Due to the rural location, a full driving licence and own transport are ideally required.
