Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day running of all F&B operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Ensure consistent delivery of a high-quality guest experience across all outlets.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards.
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or an experienced Supervisor is essential.
- Proven longevity and loyalty within previous roles.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work a 45-hour week, including evenings and weekends.
- Due to the rural location, a full driving licence and own transport are ideally required.
