About Us: Are you an experienced Catering Assistant or looking to build your career in a fast-paced catering environment? KSB Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a General Catering Assistant role based in the Brandon area, Suffolk. You will be joining a supportive and hardworking team, helping to deliver high-quality food service while maintaining excellent hygiene standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintained cleanliness and hygiene in dining and kitchen areas
- Served and replenished food, ensuring efficient service
- Cleaned equipment, utensils, and facilities to food safety standards
- Assisted with basic food preparation and kitchen support tasks
- Handled waste disposal and general housekeeping duties
- Provided customer service, including cashier duties when required
Requirements:
- Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate (training can be provided if required)
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or retail is desirable
