Salary: £37,000 per annum

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Own room revenue, OTAs and conference & events (C&E) sales. Turn data into prices that sell and enquiries into confirmed bookings.

What Youll Do

  • Set pricing and yield; manage inventory to hit revenue targets
  • Own OTA performance (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda): content, rates, parity, promotions
  • Analyse demand and competitor set; recommend actions to grow ADR and RevPAR
  • Build relationships with OTA account managers to secure visibility and deals
  • Lead C&E sales: handle enquiries, write proposals, negotiate and convert; hand over cleanly to operations
  • Produce weekly/monthly revenue and events reports with clear insights and next steps
  • Align activity with marketing, reservations and F&B
