About the Role
This is more than just a Commis Chef position; it’s the foundation of a long-term career. You’ll be part of a skilled and supportive brigade, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to deliver beautifully presented dishes to a high standard. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple sections, learning from experienced chefs who are passionate about developing talent. With a strong track record of internal progression, this kitchen is the perfect place to grow; our current Sous Chef began their journey as a Commis Chef.

You’ll have around two years experience in a professional kitchen and a genuine passion for working with fresh, high-quality ingredients. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, develop their craft, and thrive in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

- Assist in the preparation and service of high-quality, fine dining dishes
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient section
