The Role:

Were looking for experienced bar staff to work ad hoc shifts at various venues in Bradford, including bars, pubs, and events. Youll be serving drinks, interacting with customers, and ensuring a great guest experience in fast-paced environments.You must be 18 or over for this position due to licensing laws.

Requirements:

• Must bebar-trainedwith experience in serving drinks and handling busy service periods. (You do not need to be a mixologist)
• Must be over 18(due to licensing laws).
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and ad hoc shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve drinks, cocktails, and other beverages efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Cash handling and till operation.
