The Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) will provide frontline support to caregivers and veterans, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Location: Hybrid – Stafford, VA Office
Anticipated Start Date: March 2026
Position Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Verify eligibility using VA systems and schedule appointments.
- Provide general guidance and escalates complex issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to privacy/security protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation.
- Experience working with veterans or in healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy standards.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
