We are a high-growth technology enterprise currently in an aggressive phase of international expansion. We are building the next generation of talent operating systems and enterprise digital transformation tools. We are seeking a seasoned, high-impact Enterprise Business Development leader to define and execute our GTM strategy for European and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Revenue Generation: Define and execute the strategy to capture large-scale, multi-service enterprise deals (>$5M). You will be directly responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing $1M+ in new logo revenue annually.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate complex organizational structures to build and sustain long-term relationships with C-suite and VP-level leaders across European and international markets.
- Sales Lifecycle Ownership: Own the entire sales process—from rigorous market analysis and technical prospecting to architecting bespoke proposals and finalizing high-value contracts.
- Technical Bridging: Act as the strategic link between our Engineering teams and our enterprise customers. You will translate our technical solutions—covering data engineering, digital transformation, and SaaS ecosystems—into clear value propositions for enterprise stakeholders.
- Global Mobility: You will lead efforts on the ground, representing us at executive sessions and industry events. This position demands a high level of geographic mobility, with extensive travel (up to 75%) required across European territories.
Required Qualifications
- Academic Excellence: B.Tech degree is required to ensure the technical depth necessary to represent our sophisticated solutions.
- Professional Tenure: We are seeking seasoned leaders with 9–16 years of high-impact experience in enterprise sales and market development.
- Market Alignment: We are prioritising professionals with a strong footprint in European markets. This role is ideally suited for candidates currently operating within the UK/EU region or those with an established career trajectory in these geographies and a readiness for immediate deployment across our key international hubs.
