Required Qualifications

  • Sales & Business Development
    • Proven ability to create, structure and sell large deals (>$5M), including multi‑service deals.
    • Track record of generating $1M+ per year from new logos.
    • Experience selling in Europe and ability to build and maintain relationships with senior customer leaders (VP level and above).
  • Sales Process & Methodologies
    • Hands‑on experience across the sales lifecycle: prospecting, lead qualification, requirements gathering, proposal presentation and deal closure.
  • Soft Skills & Interpersonal
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Affable personality with a proven record of collaboration across functions, especially between Engineering and Sales.
  • Mobility & Market Coverage
    • Willingness to travel extensively for business within Europe (expected travel up to 75%).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge
    • Clear understanding of modern networking and application concepts, enterprise digital transformation, data engineering and migration.
    • Experience with enterprise application implementation and lifecycle support and the ability to position and sell related solutions.
    • Understanding of partner and support ecosystems for enterprise applications and SaaS solutions.
