Junior Marketing Administrator in Birmingham

You will play a key part in keeping digital content sharp, customer information accurate and campaigns moving smoothly. It’s a role where your detail-driven approach directly improves how customers experience a longstanding, well-respected retailer.

What you\’ll be getting stuck into as a Junior Marketing Administrator

• Updating website content, uploading images, and making sure product information stays accurate and consistent
• Keeping the clearance section current so customers always see correct prices and availability
• Managing prize-draw processes, including selecting and contacting winners
• Liaising with external partners to book advertising and ensuring documentation is kept up to date
• Supporting campaign activity by coordinating marketing materials and general admin tasks
• Assisting customers over the phone, handling queries and payments in line with company procedures

What you\’ll bring to the table as a Junior Marketing Administrator

• Previous experience working accurately with digital or administrative content
• Confidence using general office software and learning simple image-editing tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for supplier and customer interactions
• The ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm
