The Role
- Prepare moulds by applying release agents to ensure flawless production
- Hand laminate pre-preg materials with accuracy and attention to detail
- Safely de‑mould cured components, protecting both parts and tooling
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet exacting quality standards
- Follow and uphold our quality management systems
The Candidate
- Eligibility to work in the UK, no sponsorship is available
- Must be able to commute to site with their own vehicle due to the rural location
- Highly methodical, precise, and quality‑driven
- Experienced in working from technical drawings and specifications
- Skilled at minimising material waste and working efficiently
- Able to manage their workload and meet deadlines
- Calm under pressure with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable escalating issues when needed
What You’ll Get
