We’re growing, and we’re looking for skilled Composite Laminators to join our day and night shift teams. The Role As a key member of our production team, you’ll be responsible for: * Preparing moulds by applying release agents to ensure high-quality production. * Hand-laminating pre-preg materials with accuracy and attention to detail. * Safely de-moulding cured components while protecting both parts and tooling. * Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet exacting quality standards. * Following and maintaining our quality management systems. The Candidate We’re looking for candidates who have the following skills and attributes: * Eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available). * Experience working as a Laminator in a similar environment * Their own vehicle and the ability to commute to our site due to its rural location. * A methodical, precise and quality-driven approach to work. * Experience working from technical drawings and specifications. * The ability to minimise material waste and work efficiently. * Strong workload management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. * A calm approach under pressure, with proactive problem-solving skills. * Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. * The confidence to identify and escalate issues when necessary.
