Exciting opportunity for a Director of Sales to join a family-style business, managing the sales for three 5* London boutique hotels. This position will be responsible for driving the sales strategies and achieving revenue targets, managing key accounts for the London properties.
To create in collaboration with the Cluster General Manager, an annual sales plan linked to forecasted budgets and dynamic forecasts and to take full ownership of hotel sales strategies. Organise and plan client meetings, fam trips, site inspections, sales blitzes, mailings, giveaways, and other new creative activities to establish and maintain a healthy client relationship and generate business.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, adapting sales strategies accordingly. Manage and continue to develop a sales team of 3.
