Exciting opportunity for a Director of Sales to join a family-style business, managing the sales for three 5* London boutique hotels. This position will be responsible for driving the sales strategies and achieving revenue targets, managing key accounts for the London properties.

Responsibilities:

  • To create in collaboration with the Cluster General Manager, an annual sales plan linked to forecasted budgets and dynamic forecasts and to take full ownership of hotel sales strategies.
  • Proactively uncover new prospects for the London hotels and maximise conversion of business in line with the hotel’s budgetary goals.
  • Organise and plan client meetings, fam trips, site inspections, sales blitzes, mailings, giveaways, and other new creative activities to establish and maintain a healthy client relationship and generate business.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and continue to develop a sales team of 3.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in hotel sales with experience from the leisure and luxury sectors.
  • Experience from within a London luxury hotel.
  • A positive and pro-active personality with a passion for developing existing client relationships.
