An exciting opportunity to join a luxury hotel group, this position will be based in London and oversee three London boutique hotels. As Cluster Marketing Manager you will report directly to the Cluster General Manager and play a key role in driving revenue and brand visibility for the three prestigious London properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the hotel budget regarding marketing activities/initiatives.
  • Work closely and coordinate with the head office marketing team regarding all activities/initiatives.
  • Support the general manager in managing relationships with local institutions/organisations to which the hotel is linked.
  • Direct management of influencers, press/journalists in the hotel, coordination of press trips and influencer trips.
  • Organisation (planning and coordination) of photo and video shoots, management of sponsorship requests, and local partnerships.
  • Updating and managing the website and platforms with new content, photos, videos and promotions.
  • Coordination of content development and editorial plan for the hotels social channels.
  • Local press management (e.g., publishing hotel events, managing relationships with local press, sharing initiatives/press releases, event invitations).

To be successful for this position you will have previous experience of managing and implementing a marketing strategy from within a 4* or 5* London hotel. This is a great opportunity that offers excellent career progression.

Salary: £50,000 + service charge + bonus.
