The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Speaker & Talent Agents/Consultants to join us in an independent partnership. This commission-only opportunity is ideal for entrepreneurial professionals with a background in speaker bureaus, talent agencies, or high-end event sales. Consultants will leverage their existing client base while receiving full operational support from Kruger Cowne’s experienced central team. This role is structured for individuals who view it as a business venture, not a job.
As a consultant, you will manage your own independent office, and in return, you’ll receive comprehensive support, including:
- Access to Kruger Cowne’s world-class talent roster
- Marketing materials, sales tools, and CRM/database technology
- Full administrative support, including logistics, contracting, invoicing, and accounting
- Ongoing backing from an established global brand with industry gravitas

Compensation: Commission Only (OTE £40,000 - £100,000+)

Key Responsibilities
- Source, manage, and close speaking and appearance opportunities for Kruger Cowne clients
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event producers, and agencies
- Promote and sell high-profile speakers and hosts for global conferences, summits, and campaigns
- Negotiate, prepare proposals, and finalize bookings from initial enquiry through to contract
- Collaborate with Kruger Cowne’s head office to ensure a seamless experience for clients and talent
What You Could Earn
OTE £40,000 - £100,000+ per annum, depending on performance. Commission structure is generous, with the opportunity to earn whatever you want based on how you perform. The more business you bring in, the more you earn. There is no upper earnings cap.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales within a speaker bureau, talent agency, or high-end event sales environment
- Established network of clients in corporate, media, or event sectors
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Self-motivated with a commitment to high standards of service and integrity
