About Kruger Cowne
Kruger Cowne is an established international talent management agency representing leading figures across business, media, culture, sport and global affairs. Our speaker division works with event organisers, brands and organisations worldwide, providing keynote speakers, moderators and hosts for conferences, summits and campaigns.
The Role
We are seeking experienced sales consultants to work with our speaker roster on a commission-only basis, selling speaking engagements in the UK and internationally. This role is suited to professionals who already operate in the speaker bureau, talent or high-end event sales space and who bring their own network of clients and contacts. Consultants work independently while being supported by Kruger Cowne’s central team and infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Sell speakers, moderators and hosts to corporate clients, agencies and event organisers
- Develop and manage client relationships from initial conversation through to confirmed booking
- Prepare proposals and negotiate fees in collaboration with the head office team
- Work closely with our operations team on contracts, logistics and invoicing
- Handle self-generated business, alongside inbound enquiries supplied by Kruger Cowne

Earnings

About You
- Proven sales experience within a speaker bureau, talent agency or high-end event sales environment
- An established client network and ability to generate business independently
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Professional, self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Fluent English required; additional languages beneficial
Location & Contract
Remote-first role. Optional London office access. Consultant / independent contractor arrangement.
