Kru Live is a global brand experience agency, part of the Brand Partnership Group, specialising in authentic brand ambassadors for live events and experiential marketing. We are looking for an experienced staffing and operations leader who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments to lead the staffing function end‑to‑end across live campaigns and activations throughout the UK (and occasionally further afield).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of staffing across live campaigns and activations
  • Line‑manage, support and develop the Staffing Team, ensuring performance and wellbeing
  • Delegate staffing briefs, manage team capacity and keep projects on track
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and compliance of field staff
  • Maintain accurate staffing records, right‑to‑work checks and staff databases
  • Manage payroll processes, weekly submissions and compliance checks
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with field teams and internal stakeholders
  • Provide clear booking status updates and oversight of all live staffing projects
  • Ensure Health & Safety considerations are embedded across all staffing delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, training and ways of working
