We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project/Site Manager for a civil engineering company based in the Exeter area, as a result of ongoing expansion plans.
You would assist in the delivery of fast-paced civils work.
You would pay a key role in organising and managing the delivery of planned infrastructure projects across the region.
Reporting in to the head of delivery, you will manage direct labour/supply chain partners and ensure all works meet safety and compliance standards.
Utilities experience is highly desireable.
Responsibilities: * Assist in project planning, including coordination with Highways, Public authorities and Statutory Bodies plus resource allocation and materials management. * Attend client meetings and report project progress to senior managers and stakeholders * Co-ordinate and manage the safe and effective delivery of multiple civils/utilities sites * Work closely with the commercial team to monitor project expenses, ensuring that projects stay within budget and have input into financial forecasts * Conduct Regular Site inspections
