We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bricklaying supervisor to join our dynamic construction team. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the activities of bricklayers and hod carriers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time.

240 - 260 per day (depending on project.)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of bricklayers and hod carriers.
  • Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, labour, and project progress.
  • Coordinate with other trades and contractors as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a bricklaying foreman or similar.
  • Extensive knowledge of bricklaying techniques and materials.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Reading and setting out from drawings.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications minimum SSSTS.
