We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, confident and multi-skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Client Service team and help drive forward some of our key accounts. You’ll be working with a diverse client set across pet care, fast food, and financial services, on projects spanning everything from brand and comms planning, brand and creative platform development, campaign creative and activation, social media content production, CRM, customer experience, performance marketing…and much more!

You’ll be leading creative conversations and applying integrated thinking which aligns to our agency capabilities. A champion of cross-functional collaboration and proactive knowledge-sharing, you’ll connect all the dots to deliver the best solutions for our clients. You’ll be rigorous in your project planning and management, always managing client expectations and over-delivering when possible. You’ll support your Senior Account Directors and Client Service Director from a commercial perspective by managing project costs and budgets, accurate monthly project forecasting, and spotting growth opportunities while keeping laser focused on excellent project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary day-to-day client lead, building strong and trusted partnerships
  • Lead live projects and oversee integrated campaign delivery across channels
  • Translate client briefs into clear internal direction, ensuring alignment across strategy, creative, media and production
  • Manage project timelines, scopes, budgets and forecasts with rigour and accountability
  • Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality, timing and financial standards
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships
  • Lead client meetings, presentations and quarterly reviews
  • Support Senior Account Directors in shaping long-term strategic direction
  • Oversee governance, compliance and risk management across accounts
  • Mentor and support junior team members to build capability and confidence
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement within client programmes
