About Krow
At krow, we’re passionate about creating work that works. As a full‑service creative agency and part of The MISSION Group, we pride ourselves on developing bold, insight‑driven campaigns that deliver real results. Now, we're looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who lives and breathes internet culture – someone who knows their Alix Earle from their Emma Chamberlain, their Reddit threads from their trending TikToks, and how to turn that knowledge into brand‑building gold for our clients.

The Role
This is a perfect role for someone who’s confident leading client relationships, thrives on turning trends into content strategies, and knows how to build brilliant, platform‑native social work. You’ll shape campaign strategy, guide execution, and support a growing team, working closely with our Creative, Strategy, CX, Paid Media and Digital teams. You won’t just scroll past trends; you’ll know how to engage with TikTok culture, lean into memes, and navigate emerging formats to give your clients an edge.

What You’ll Do

  • Devise social strategy: Work with clients and internal teams to create scroll‑stopping, strategy‑first social campaigns across all platforms – from TikTok to LinkedIn, Instagram to YouTube.
  • Lead social content and channel planning: Shape always‑on and campaign content plans, define channel roles, set editorial rhythms, and make sure every post has a clear job to do.
  • Manage creator partnerships when needed: Influencer and creator activity may form part of the plan, so you’ll know how to brief creators, shape collaborations and work with specialist partners without this being the sole focus of the role.
  • Set clear goals and deliver: Whether it’s driving engagement, increasing awareness, growing communities, or supporting conversions, you’ll shape activity with clear KPIs – and you’ll track performance to prove it worked.
  • Analyse audiences and communities: Use social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sprout, etc.) and collaborate with our Insights teams to uncover what matters most to your clients’ audiences and communities.
  • Lead and inspire: You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day work of junior team members, guide best practice, and play a hands‑on role in supporting their growth and development.
  • Pitch and win: You’ll help shape new business responses with strategic insight, social‑first thinking and a clear point of view on how brands can show up culturally.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Creative, Studio, Paid Media, Digital and Strategy teams to ensure social activity is joined up, on brand and on brief.
  • Stay culturally plugged in: You know what’s trending, what’s cringeworthy, and what’s next – and you’ll use that instinct to keep our work bold, fresh and relevant.

About You
You’ve got experience in social media management, strategy or content planning (agency‑side is a plus). You’ve run social campaigns end‑to‑end – from strategy and content planning through to publishing, optimisation and reporting results. You know the platforms inside‑out – from Reels to Reddit, Shorts to Stories – and can explain their role in a strategy. You’re confident presenting to clients and building relationships at all levels. You’re a master multitasker who can juggle projects, timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations. You’ve got strong knowledge of social listening, analytics, publishing and community management tools. Bonus points if you have paid social or creator partnership knowledge – but it’s not essential. You’re culturally tuned in, creatively curious, and ready to challenge the norm.

Why Work With Us?
Help shape the future of social within a culturally driven agency group. Join a purpose‑driven team making real cultural and creative impact. Access opportunities for public profile building, mentoring and social leadership.
