Working within a highly talented and collaborative team, you’ll play a pivotal role coordinating and delivering client projects. You’ll ensure agency outputs meet expectations, maintain strong day-to-day client relationships, and drive clarity and momentum across all workstreams. As the operational heartbeat of the account, you’ll balance organisation, commercial awareness and creative ambition while supporting and mentoring junior team members. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong partnerships both internally and externally. The role is hybrid with a London office base (minimum 3 days/week), but we’re open to discussing individual flexibility needs.

  • AION Auto UK: AION Auto UK represents one of the agency’s most exciting new wins – a major automotive brand with ambitious growth plans for 2026. As lead agency across strategy, creative, digital, CRM and social, we’re shaping the brand from the ground up – defining its positioning, leading launch strategy and delivering integrated multi-channel activation. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a challenger brand from day one in a competitive category.
