The Role
We are looking for a confident, personable Sales Advisor to join our team and help clients plan and book the right luxury transport solutions. You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries — understanding customer needs, recommending suitable vehicles or charter options, preparing quotes, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. This is a consultative sales role focused on service, relationships, and delivering five-star experiences rather than pushy selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and website enquiries
- Provide quotes for limo hire, chauffeur services, and vehicle rentals
- Advise clients on the best transport options for events and travel
- Convert leads into bookings and maximise revenue opportunities
- Coordinate with drivers, chauffeurs, and operations teams
- Manage schedules and customer records in CRM
