As demand grows, we’re hiring a Fleet Operations Coordinator to support daily vehicle scheduling, logistics, and service delivery.
Role Overview
You will coordinate vehicles, chauffeurs, and bookings to ensure every client journey runs smoothly and on time. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable managing logistics in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule vehicles and chauffeurs for bookings and events
- Manage daily fleet availability and allocations
- Coordinate airport transfers, weddings, corporate travel, and VIP hires
- Track vehicle maintenance, servicing, and compliance
- Liaise with drivers, partners, and suppliers
