What will you do?
- Support the day-to-day operation of Kroo’s technology and operational processes, learning how systems, services, and teams interact to deliver banking services.
- Assist with incident management activities, including documenting incidents, tracking actions, and supporting reporting.
- Support change management processes, including administration and coordination of changes.
- Help maintain operational documentation, CMDB records, and service information.
- Assist in operational resilience activities, including mapping updates, documentation, and evidence collection.
- Support business continuity planning (BCP) documentation and contact management.
- Assist with supplier and third‑party processes, including documentation and due diligence tracking.
- Support the preparation of operational reports and data collection.
- Learn and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives, supporting documentation and simple tasks.
- Work with internal teams to support coordination and operational delivery activities.
- Follow defined processes and elevate issues appropriately.
Requirements:
